The former chairman and leader of the Seychelles 好色TV Alliance Party (SNAP), Vincent Padayachy, was re-instated as party leader in an extraordinary convention organised on Saturday at the party鈥檚 headquarters, based in Unique Building, Providence Industrial Estate.聽
