Teens experience pre-World Cup excitement at one school one nation tournament

As part of the activities for the countdown to the F茅d茅ration Internationale de Football Association Beach Soccer World Cup, scheduled to take place in the country between May 1-11, 2025, a beach soccer tournament was organised yesterday, under the theme 鈥極ne school one nation鈥�.
Jointly hosted by the Youth and Sports department, and the Ministry of Education, the event, held at the Takamaka beach falls under the 鈥極ne school one nation鈥� programme, aimed at bringing the community together through the development of beach soccer, offering a unique opportunity for teams and schools to participate in this occasion.
For the event which was graced by the presence of Minister for Youth, Sports and Family, Marie-Celine Zialor and the Minister for Education Dr Justin Valentin, each school adopted one football team, further promoting collaboration and community spirit.
