New bill proposing reforms to Pension Fund parent Act passed

A new bill, proposing important reforms to the Seychelles Pension Fund Act (2005), has been approved by the 好色TV Assembly.
The Seychelles Pension Fund (Amendment) bill proposes two important reforms, introduction of changes in the terminology and approach to provide for a pension known as the 鈥渁ge pension鈥�, in place of the existing 鈥渞etirement pension鈥�. This amendment allows the members of the Fund to choose to draw the age pension upon reaching the prescribed pensionable age, while continuing to be employed.
