Seychelles NATION recently sat down with Jones Anacoura – owner of Jones Bar Services and Consultancy – to talk about the origins of his business, his experience behind the bar, and how he manages events, training, cocktails, and operations across Praslin and Mahé.
Other than owning the business, he is also the chairman of the upcoming event titled Pragata – Praslin island’s regatta, which was held for the first time last year.
